Nicola has taught throughout Ireland, the UK and Australia. Throughout that time, she has aIways been committed to delivering a broad and balanced education. She firmly believed that developing exceptional relationships with children results in effective learning and children achieving their full potential. Nicola teaches trainees the importance of, and skills to, facilitate learning in an environment that secures children’s sense of belonging. She believes creating ‘happy explorers’ is the most important aspect of Early Childhood Education. She has also worked as an Education Consultant, collaborating with Early Childhood practitioners to write policies and high-quality curriculum, and supporting educators and students in developing professionally through programming and emergent numeracy, literacy and science.
I am a 3rd year University student studying Bio-medical Science majoring in Human Genetics. I am originally from the UK and have lived in Australia for 11 years, having only emigrated at age 12. My professional background includes an array of previous roles of up to 4 years in customer service and administration. I am passionate about achieving new goals and fulfilling my needs to learn and set out to achieve new skills and strengths. I have worked with Training For Me for a short amount of time, and in my recent new role of Executive Assistant, I am always facing new challenges and working in a team to strive towards a modern way of students to learn as individuals

Mona has extensive experience in the business and finance industries in the UK and Australia. She has worked in managing and developing people to drive business forward, but her passion today is focused on developing, growing and supporting people. In environments where regulation plays a key role, Mona’s aim is to ensure employees are given the right skills and tools to excel in their roles. Since coming to the WA, she has gained recognised qualifications to pursue her passion. With her expertise in the business and management industry, Mona has supported students in achieving competency and in turn achieving recognised qualifications in Business and Management. She has also specialised in childcare, obtaining CHC30708 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, CHC50908 Diploma in Children’s Service, and her Graduate Diploma in Management (Learning) (TAE 80210) and Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership (BSB80215).
Droyt has more than 10 years experience in the IT industry. He has worked with many business during that time, building IT systems and creating automated IT processes.
As a professional and the husband of Training For Me founder Gillian Robb, he understands the needs of the childcare industry and has a passion for Training For Me, so steers the IT needs to ensure the smooth running and availability of information for new and current trainees and clients.
